I unfortunately can’t say much positive about my experience. The start of the appointment was pretty awkward, when I arrived it seemed like they weren’t expecting me. Despite being the only person in the salon it felt rushed, like they could wait to have me out the door and my hair was chopped at rather than any thought going into it. That said, the cut looks fine, but it’s not great as there are bits that have been missed. I had a decent discount as it was a last minute appointment but if I had paid full price this would have felt like a total rip off. In total I was in for less than 20 minutes for a wash, cut and a what I can only describe as a blast dry, as the blow dry was terrible. And I do mean terrible, using two hairdryers at once like a hand drier kind of terrible. They either didn’t have a clue about curly hair or just didn’t care. My hair was so frizzy that it had to be re-done when I got home. And they didn’t show me the back of my head either which I though was so odd. I just could not recommend this place to anyone.

Had my hair cut about a week ago. Worst hair cut I’ve ever had. Staff were generally pleasant.
