I really enjoyed my experience here, though the pre-treatment situation didn't go smoothly. I booked a wash & blow dry, received the confirmation from Treatwell, but then received a follow-up email to say that the time had been pushed back an hour. I arrived, but it was clear that the stylist, who had a different name to the named stylist for my booking, wouldn't finish the client she was with on time. The owner, James ended up doing my treatment and the experience with him was brilliant.
