Totally unreliable. Booked Brazilian blow dry through Wahanda. Next day salon called to say the time I had booked was unavailable despite the fact that the whole day had appeared to be free. In order to get that day I had to change to a different staff member at a different time. In addition to this I was informed that the price shown on Wahanda was not guaranteed - it could cost more depending on the length of my hair . Day before appointment was informed by salon that they had run out of the product and I would have to reschedule. I did so for a week later only to have them cancel on me again for the same reason. Too late now to get keratin treatment before Christmas. Wahanda have refunded me but overall very, very unimpressed with James Alexander.
Place is very friendly and relaxed. Have been a couple times now and received excellent service both times. Would definitely recommend it.

I had a voucher for a cut and blow dry with senior stylist. I left feeling very happy with my hair. Sharon did a good job. Quick,efficient and friendly!

I just had my hair cut by Toni/Antonia and she was great. She gave me a lovely side-fringe and shaped the rest of my hair nicely. I'll happily go back to her when it's time for another trim.
