It was my first visit to James. I wanted the cut to be the same as my previous hairdresser, and he understood this and took care to check in all the time during the cut. He made sure to tell me why he was doing what he did. I really enjoyed the experience and he's very friendly. Fab booking process - all done online, and I even paid before the visit. Email confirmation from Treatwell then SMS before the day. Very efficient. An extra bonus was I could even have had a glass of wine!

My first visit so James had not worked with my hair but highlights matched my last highlights which I was happy with. Blow dry was a very casual
