It’s rare to find a hairstylist who takes the time to truly understand what you’re looking for, what makes you feel confident, and what suits you best. James did just that. He took his time, which was incredibly reassuring, and made sure I felt comfortable and listened to throughout the entire process. Every step of the way, he checked in to ensure I was happy and felt looked after. At the end, he asked again if the result was what I wanted, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommend James.
