Kealie was lovely; knew exactly what I wanted from what I’d said. She did an excellent job on my hair and made me feel at ease in the salon with the new regulations. Will definitely book with her again!

The hairdresser was very professional and reassuring. When I asked her to cut a bit more she did not complain at all and efficiently trimmed a bit more.
The hair cut did not turn out to be exactly as I wanted, although it is by no means a bad hair cut. This may have happened because I was not too clear on what I wanted, I believe she restrained herself thinking I was afraid she would cut more than I wanted and she was was also taking care of another customer simultaneously.
