Hairdresser was great! Really lovely person to speakand to and great haircut

Came in for a trim - left looking 5 years older with an unflattering, completely different style. The head stylist took it upon herself to cut all of the thickness out of my hair and added uneven layers throughout so my hair now tangles very easily, is staticy and harder to style and just looks thin, flat and lifeless.
I'm usually very open to different hairstyles, cut, colours, etc. but this is just poorly done and I'm not happy with it at all. I tried to get it fixed by the owner but he was unapologetic and rude and in his words 'has nothing to suggest.' Didn't even get a refund.
Avoid this place if you want anything simple or trendy done to your hair. Now I'll be going somewhere else to have it rectified - indeed a much, much shorter and thinner cut, which I was not in the market for at all but at least it will have some style.

Got my fringe done by Kealie, she is absolutely lovely and really listening to what I need and gave her advice properly. I love my new hair cut and an definitely will come back for Kealie. :)
