Janis could not have been more lovely. She was incredibly underatanding and kind to a first time hollywood waxer. First greeting, met with very pleasant smell which relaxed me right way. The place was very clean and well kept. I was very happy to see the sign on the door, 'treatment until...'. I have been to other places which don't do it and it can cause a little confused when the door is locked. Janis walked me through it all and made me feel at ease. Will definitely be returning.
