My appointment was scheduled for 2pm and they had me waiting for over 30 minutes for my appointment to begin. They cancelled my appointment as they didn't have a nail tech available to do the design I wanted. They then refused to refund me and instead swore at me over the phone and hung up on me when I calmly and civilly asked for my money back. If you enjoy bad customer service, disrespect, and a horrible environment then feel free to come here! But I for one will be taking my money elsewhere.
