lt was a very good experience the lady in shop very attentive to me and to a friend who come with me. we had a good very loving and caring lady. We coming back soon me and my friends.
From the moment I stepped into this salon I felt welcomed and comfortable. I was greeted by the staff member that would be providing my service and offered a seat and if I would like any tea or coffee. The salon is very beautiful and has very accommodating staff. My massage was relaxing and I felt extremely confident in the staff members ability to provide an incredible service. I was not disappointed, my massage was lovely and relaxing I will most certainly recommend to anyone that wants to enjoy a great service with lovely staff and a relaxing ambience. I felt incredible after my massage and I will definitely be coming back and recommending this salon to my friends and family.
They were closed when I got there. Terrible service. Would never ever recommend.
I booked this venue and the day I was due to arrive I was running a little late so I called to say I would be 5/10minites behind time.. I was then told that I didn't have an appointment because the booking wasn't accepted and I wasn't going to be seen. terrible customer service.
The lady’s inside the salon was very friendly and helped me with my enquiries, with the nail technician and informed me she is not in on that day, however I have a reminder text to make it to my appointment at my due time and date, there for the confirmation message. I then decided to leave the salon and contact the nail technician, as I wasn’t too sure if I was in the right place and she was not in the salon, when she managed to pick up the phone she sounded as she had just woke up and very baffled to why I was contacting her, I reminded her about my appointment which she replied very rudely and abrupt towards me as if I was a hassle that just woke her up, she said that she had never confirmed this appointment that it’s all Treatwells fault. She started being rude and called me inconsiderate which I didn’t stand for and phone down, due to that she had tried calling me 2 times leaving me a very large messaged and a 1.34min voice note. She had lied to me and had made a poor excuse of a grievance, however if that was the case then why repeatedly contact and hassle me with my personal contact number. Her reply was “you called me first” I am very upset via this as the voice message she left was also not very not nice and will be taking further actions.
