Mimosa is a very talented hairdresser she made the experience great even though there was a mishap with the appointment time and a double booking. I was really pleased with my braids but would say that the booking system needs to be improved so that no one is ever double booked.
The staff here are really helpful and lovely, however I think they don't get many bikini waxes as they weren't very confident in what they were doing.
Having said that I cannot emphasise enough how accommodating and nice they were.
Also the booking service between Treatwell and their venues needs to be improved as the first time I cam they hadn't even got my appointment bookend in, and I had to come back another day!
Was probably my fault because I booked the cheapest on the website but the lady which was nice but not capable to do her job. Holliwood waxing is a delicate thing, if you're not able to do it you shouldn't! Bad experience... And painful!
