I booked an appointment that ended up not being confirmed. I got there waited for an hour only to leave without having my hair done. I was told I'd receive a call in the morning and get a call for an appointment that day. I waited an hour and called, I was told some story, basically my hair didn't get done. I have been asked to call again and book an appointment next week. I doubt my hair will get done.
