This is my second time at Janpen. Allison is amazing. I just spent 2 hours getting my treatments done and it flew by- Allison is super chatty and fun. She makes you feel at ease and so comfortable. The salon is gorgeous, very clean and has lovely Zen feel about it. My Hollywood with Lycon was is literally pain free. My gel polish hands and toes are beautiful. I have short-ish nails and she has managed to make them look beautiful despite their length. I've found my favourite therapist in London! I've tried a few places in Kilburn and West Hampstead area and she's definitely my favourite. :)

I visited Janpen beauty on 3 October and was impressed by the polished yet relaxed setting and professionalism of the staff. The salon itself is slightly tucked away and you need to press a buzzer to get in. My treatment was very good - the therapist had ensured that the room was heated and was very professional in how she applied the tan. She ensured that it was properly blended and even and that my nails were cleaned and all dry spots thoroughly moisurised. After the treatment she gave me tips about how to prolong the tan which were very useful.
