I've been visiting Jan at Therapy Heaven for regular treatments (reflexology /indian head massage / hopi ear candles) for around a year now but had a full body massage this time - lovely and relaxing massage with nice essential oils. Jan always makes me feel welcome and is genuinely interested and chats before and after treatments, but also knows when to let the relaxation kick in! Never had a bad treatment here and it's very good value in comparison to other spas in the area.

Nice relaxing Reiki treatment. Really enjoyed it. Would recommend a visit. I felt a lot better afterwards. Look forward to trying other treatments.
