Jan gave me a lovely back and neck massage - she got all my knots out. The reflexology treatment I recieved was relaxing and comfortable. I also had a reiki treatment with Chakra balancing. I enjoyed all the treatments by Jan, felt like a right treat, i was feeling fully energised and relaxed afterwards. Will be returning in the near future. Thank you Jan :)

Fantastic massage and my reflexology was some of the best I've ever had. I came in really stressed and less de-stressed and slept like a log! Will def be back.

Best massage experience ever. Jan really helped me detach and just be present for the massage. I feel more positive, relaxed and ready to tackle the day. My body has less stress.
