I left one Star for everything as i didn’t get any treatment . Upon my arrival it was closed . After I called the venue number. Lady said they canceled my booking . I haven’t received no cancellation.

I had a new full set of nails , finished and painted perfectly as well as an eyebrow wax and tint . Very happy x

I booked the treatment and they called me back saying the saloon was closed. I rebooked the treatment,after I reached the place I've been told they don't use treatwell anymore and there was no booking under my name. After waiting 15 minutes there,they told me it wasn't possible to do my waxing. So I left, and again I had to pay pubblic transport,going home with no any treatment done. Please REMOVE all the saloon that are not collaborating with treatwell anymore. VERY UPSET !!

Never again! Advertising treatment which is not available due to COVID. Staff was not wearing masks nor gloves. Glad I didn’t have it in the end!
