Giada was thorough in her consultation, professional and kind, making me feel totally at ease. The reflexology treatment was excellent and she prescribed it to what I needed. Easy to find and free parking on the street outside. Great find!

I am used to going into a high street shop and having to sit in an uncomfortable barbers chair to get my eyelash tints and facial waxing done but this was an ENTIRELY different and positive experience. Without doubt the least painful waxing and a wonderful calming atmosphere. I loved Giada's attention to detail and the venue is stylish and clean.
