Booked a morning appointment. Stylist was late and unreachable via phone or text. When she did arrive claimed bike was broken. Rushed through the blow dry. Didn’t wash hair or rinse it properly. The hairstyling was alright, but had to go home and wash hair after getting home because it was still kind of dirty.
