I told the therapist how I have had my laser before with other therapists as this has prove to be effective. However this therapist decided to go about her own way and disregarded what I had to say. She said each therapist has their own way. Also I was in the room where the window doesn’t close and this isn’t good for customer experience as this cold atmosphere along with the cool effect from the laser pen isn’t ideal. If you plan on investing in this then sort the room out please.

I've been coming here a lot since 2016! I originally came because I found a good deal through facebook - the reviews online were also good. I'm really glad I've found it. I know the salon has been through a few owners, but the therapists have been great. My longest and most fun therapist was Leanne. She was great, and it felt like saying hi to a friend every time I went in. The laser treatment itself hasn't worked for me the way I hoped, but really, this place did more than their best!!

Appointment wait is too long between visits (should be 4-6 but is 8-10), then appointments get cancelled at the last minute, and the call centre in India where the customer service is based struggle to find appointments to replace the ones that have been cancelled. My results have not been good and I would not recommend others from using this place as management should address the fact they are taking on too many clients via voucher websites and not giving appointments to customers who have paid full.
