Skin image keeps getting worse. They cancelled my last appointment because they said I had already finished my sessions. That was only after I was already there they didn't even called. At the same time another client was there complaining for a similar problem - cancellation without her being aware - Ve careful for the "negligence clause" in the contract where it is specified they are not reaponsible for negligence!!!! Not reccommended.

The person who did my hair removal was massively more patient and in turn took more time with me on my session I would if possible have her again for all my sessions

Skin imagine has been getting worse and worse for a year now. I went for my last treatment today and got sent away because "there was a mixup" and I supposedly had my last one already. At the same time another client was also told to go away because the time window for the treatments had passed. Rude receptionists and very poor service. Last time the window was open in the treatment room on a December and I had to wait for another room to become available. Not reccommended at all.
