Ilsa has been absolutely amazing! But I must leave a bad review because my appointments have been cancelled 4 times, 3 times in a row!!! The cancellations have been last minute (morning of the appointment) after I finished shaving for over an hour. Must stress that Ilsa has been incredible my bad experience has not been because of her
