The staff were really friendly and made you feel comfortable during the treatment. This was only my first session of the laser hair removal so I can't comment on how well it has worked yet - but feeling hopeful.

The treatment has worked really well. There was a high turn over of staff and inconsistent approach to treatment which was a shame. Would have always liked bed roll and clean towels but this wasn't always the case.
