Was a great treatment been here many times great therapist called Leanne,she made me feel refreshed after my facial and gave me excellent after care advise. Wasn't happy being told one price on the phone and one face to face! But overall all treatment was great!!! 8/10

I really enjoyed the treatment, my concerns were explained to me and i feel so much better having a greater understanding of the laser and how it targets the hairs. Furthermore, my treatment with Aaisha went well. Thank you.
Laser Hair Removal
I arrived early for my appointment and was kept waiting for 10 minutes after the appointment time due to what I was advised as double-booking. There was no consultation for my Deep Cleanse Facial, the therapist went straight into the treatment, which lasted 20 minutes. I had to ask the therapist to take my eye make-up off as she was going to leave it on. I felt confused at the end as there was no use of toner and I didn't feel I'd had a proper treatment. I was asked how I felt and I said that it was quick,to be told that there was someone directly after me and there had been a double-booking. My eye make-up wasn't off completely and my skin didn't feel cleansed.
This was something I was looking forward to after 2 years of not having had a facial. I left in disgust feeling completely short-changed and cleansed again as soon as I got home. I will not be returning or recommending this company.

Great salon, really friendly staff felt very at ease. Treatment is quick and painless. I was not treated well at another salon and found the procedure uncomfortable but Skin Image put me at ease. Will definitely be booking more treatments.
