Laser Hair Removal
My 1st time at a laser hair removal clinic: I asked how long It would take and was told "15 minutes". My response "perfect; I can come in during my lunch time". However, I was at the salon for over 30 minutes as I had to complete a 4 page questionnaire which asked questions about my health, medication and lifestyle (this impressed me) and wait for my answers to be reviewed by a professional and hAve a discussion about 'does and dont's' b4 and after laser hair removal. The actual patch test did take around 15 mins. My suggestion: give clients a more realistic time frame. (I had not told my manager I was having a long lunch so was expected to take 30 minutes total). Staff very professional and pleasant. I'm looking forward to my 1st treatment.
Friendly staff making you feel extremely relaxed. Only 2nd visit so results not apparent yet but fingers crossed.
