Very poor service this third time there, been the first 2 visit good specially the first one with Lola. This third time was extremely poor, No relaxing music to start with , I had to remember the lady to create the atmosphere for the session, the treatment itself felt rushed and a bit too unpleasantly rough on my face, she didn't pay attention to details around areas as nose, or chin and the exfoliation felt shorter than previous times with no massage around my shoulders. The lady also looked and came across very angry and like she was no enjoying what she was doing at all. all in all very bad experience. From now on will have to be only Lola that applies the treatment on me as she really is the diamond of the place.
