Every visit I've had all staff are polite friendly and welcoming. Extremely good value for money too. I've booked more laser hair removal sessions too.

It was my first appointment of laser hair removal. It was totally better and less painful than my expectations however in some areas it was more painful such as legs. Lola was really nice person with professional behaviour and she knows exactly what she needs to do. Thank you Lola you made my first appointment fantastic. I am just looking forward to see the result.

It was quick becoz she just got on with it ...staff was amazing knew exactly what i wanted ,humble , down to earth, kept asking me if i was okay every 5 seconds which was great ...all the credit goes to the one who trained everyone hats off top quality !
