Staff fantastic laser machine was over heating so had to wait 40 mins for it to cool down thought that it might have been a waisted journey in the end it was all ok

This was the first time I'd visited here. It was the best Swedish massage I've had. I will definitely book more massages here.
Swedish Massage
I had a Deep Cleanse Facial as a result of receiving a voucher which my friend had paid £18 for.
I thought the salon was a bit of a pain to get to in that I had to climb three flights of stairs as the lift wasn't working. I was greeted in a professional manner and had to fill in a form about my health/skincare etc. Sharda, the therapist greeted me in a professional manner. She seemed quite quiet but that was fine by me. I felt she did the 45 minute treatment very professionally, explaining the process before she started eg deep cleanse, exfoliation, mask. At one stage product was rubbed into my eyelids which caused slight stinging but this did not last after the treatment. All in all I thought the treatment was excellent value and I had confidence in the therapist but I do think therapists should steer clear of rubbing product in the eyelid area and the salon itself could be more welcoming - eg offer of a drink (there was no offer of water before or after the treatment which took me by surprise as that's never happened before when I've been for a facial),
