The staff member who treated me was absolutely lovely. She was always asking if I was OK and made sure I was as comfortable as possible with the treatment. The room was really clean and tidy (and there were even some flowers on the bed!)
Laser Hair Removal
my laser hair removal patch test was good, but the second time I had a Swedish massage my therapist was inconsistent, rough and didn't seem to be following any particular order or technique. It was uncomfortable and mildly painful when she applied pressure over my spine. Her movements didn't feel relaxing. Strange, considering both massage therapists were doing the same massage, yet one did the whole thing with me face down and the other had me face up first, and then turn over. Not happy with my second experience.

I had a good hair day with Lola, the session run very smooth and she made me feel comfortable.
