Although the treatment I received on my visit was excellent by your member of staff, I was extremely unhappy to be told that you were unable to perform the treatment on a large area of my back, due to a tattoo. This was not explained in the booking information, nor by your memeber of staff when i attended an initial patch test visit. This has meant the treatment is a waste of time, as I am still having to shave the treated area.

Very good! I was very impressed and satisfied with the results of the treatment ,massage quality and staff. The temperature of the room a bit chilly I have to say so it would be nice to look after this in the future, because the little hitting was very noisy not helping one to relax properly but apart from that totally recommended.
