Only went in for a laser hair removal patch test. This test was done in my lower inner arm. Felt nothing other than cold air. This test only lasted approx 10 mins. Lola was given a great review by another client and so I was very happy to have had her. She was very informative and answered all of my questions. She was polite and had a great personality. The receptionist was lovely too. Well mannered and cheerful. I have booked in with Lola for my future laser treatment. Clinic was nice, warm, clean and modern.

A lovely massage spoiled a bit by the VERY creaky table (not so relaxing) and quite abrupt staff. The masseuse was very nice & friendly, the staff on reception less so
