friendly and vey efficient staff, when I was stuck in traffic for an hour over due to my appointment, I was seen to straight away, appreciate their service, recommend it.

Very disappointing. I would usually just not return, without writing a bad review or complaining but I left feeling very sad that I had wasted my time and money having a treatment here. Very unprofessional, no consultation, my treatment was done using cheap products (which for a 'skin' image kind of place I was not expecting!) I had around 1 minute of microdermabrasion and the rest of my facial with cheap & nasty product! I lay there wanting it to be over as soon as it had started. My therapist seemed nice, she just didn't communicate with me, at all. Not enjoyable. Would not recommend.
Body Exfoliation Treatments
We enjoy visiting your salon, my usual lady was not there when we arrived for our appointment. The lady l had was very nice but did not quite have the same touch.
