Booked for a 45 minutes massage from Groupon. Upon arrival at 11 am, was asked to fill questionnaires which was standard. I was then led to a massage room about 11.05 am and massage didn't begin until 11.10 am. Booked in for Swedish massage but realised soon enough it wasn't Swedish but aromatherapy instead and the massage ended at 11.40 am!! 15 minutes earlier and was not even compensated for this and that the receptionist said it's only a few minutes earlier - 15 minutes isn't "few"! Also the room felt very small, wasn't very clean and the massage table creaked the whole time! Poor ambience coupled with very early finish along with expensive price certainly ensure I will not be going again.
