I always have Leanne for my sessions and she is extremely professional and makes me feel super comfortable whenever I go in for my Laser hair removal. Any questions I need answering she always gives me great advice!

I am loving my appointments at skin image so far. They are prompt and organised with private rooms and friendly staff. They have always given me clear instructions for aftercare and what to expect with regards to my hair growth after each treatment. Looking forward to the rest of my appointments!

Machine broken , expected to lay in room under open window for half an hour. Previous appointment only able to do half leg as was 10 minutes late. Complaining to manager was a waste of time
