Not worth it! The service itself is fine. Nothing terrible but also nothing great. The office is hard to find, in a run down building down long corridors. The real problem is that they’re always at capacity. That means it’s literally impossible to reschedule an appointment. I had to wait months to get my first appointment, then when the girl didn’t think I had shaved well enough & sent me home without a treatment, it took another 2 months to get back and actually start. This is normal.

They've canceled 3 of my appointments one by one in September, October and November. Every time there was a lame excuse. Haven't refunded my deposit of £50 yet.
