Actually I have booked my appointment before 3 weeks and I have booked my train tickets because I am living in Liverpool and then they called my phone and said they are going to cancel my appointment just before one day of the appointment because they don’t have enough time !!! Okay why they accepted it right from the beginning !! I am really disappointed about this !
