Isla, although polite, provided a poor service of laser treatment. She did the treatment far too quickly, missing large areas altogether. Unlike Leanne, she doesn't take her time to ensure every bit is done. I believe she just wanted her shift to be over with (that was the impression that I had). Isla also didn't take her time to listen to my concerns about laser and seemed quite dismissive. I have only found Leanne to provide a decent and welcoming experience.
