I didn’t feel welcomed at all , I couldn’t get the treatment because I was 16 . They clearly said to me before purchasing this that if I am under 18 I need an adult with me so I don’t understand what has happened. ☹️

I was waiting for the appointment for more than 1 month they kept reminding me by email and text .when I turn up the receptionist simply said the laser mashing is broken.whithout calling or texting and when I said you should have informed me she didn’t have any respond to that.
