I had to prove that I had paid for the treatments when I had already had one session of 6 prior to my pregnancy. I was asked to rearrange my appoint as I was breastfeeding only to get told on the day that it was a patch test ( had better things to do than shave unnecessarily). When I came for my second session on1st October I got a phone call when I had arrived at the venue only to be told that the treatment was only valid for 2 years. Pathetic and still waiting for the manger to call to sort it

Ilsa was lovely! So nice to chat with.
When I came for my patch test I had just come back from holiday so Nadia had put me on a lower setting. When I came for my laser it was a few months later when my tan had faded, ilsa noticed that this setting was too low as I could not feel anything. So for my next laser everything should be perfect :)
Lovely girl and can’t wait for my next session to start seeing some real results!
