The treatment itself was good however the treatment room was not adequate. The bed is placed next to a window which needs to remain open for the laser machine extraction. This obviously isn’t very private as there offices opposite so they can probably see everything. Further it’s very cold having the window open and if it’s raining outside, this would be coming through the window onto the bed or me! The room was not suitable and i would not return if that was the only room being used.

I arrived 15min late for my 30min appointment unfortunately my first treatment for my full leg I couldn’t get done as it’s my fault for turning up late! Even though I was late for my treatment Leanne greeted me with a smile on her face when arrived, she explained very nicely that I could get my other treatments done but unfortunately she will have to leave my full legs until next time. Her whole Approach towards me was amazing she is fantastic with what she does I only have my treatment with her
