I was not told in my consultation that the laser would not work because all of my hair is blonde.
I’ve had 2 sessions and then went for a re-assessment with a different therapist Nadia.
It is thanks to Nadia’s honesty and professionalism that I have now been informed that I have wasted my money on purchasing sessions that will not work on my blonde hair.
I have now requested a full refund yet have still had no response from the company.
