I am having laser hair removal treatment done. Leanne is an exceptional staff. She is very good at her job. She is very friendly and always works so hard. She knows her job very well. She is an asset to the company. Well done Leanne.
The clinic is very clean and organised and i have always been seen to on time . Never had to wait to be seen .Always had prompt reply for my emails.

Unfortunately the cooling system stopped working a little while into my treatment. Will have to go back to complete the rest of the treatment that should've been done.

I booked a patch test. I struggled to find the address because of the one way system in the building imposed due to Covid. When I called to ask for directions I spoke to someone who isn't even located at the salon. When I went there I was tild they couldn't do the appointment because it was too late now and denied any knowledge of my booking. It wasn't on the system. A member of staff commented that they didn't know what was going on. They seemed to be in a state of chaos. Will never return to thisplace
