I show her a picture what I want exactly. I told her several time that the layers what she started to cut on my hair is too big difference and not what I wanted. She told me that she is 30 year in the industry so she exactly knows what she needs to do. I left the saloon with an 80's hairstyle, awful, hate it. I want my money back! Also I needed to spend 100 GBP more to correct her unprofessional awful work...

First time at this venue and I was pleased. All the ladies were friendly and pleasant and Saira, who did my waxes, was gentle and made me feel at ease. The conversation was also more natural rather than forced and she gave some good tips on exfoliation. The prices are also decent. Will definitely return
