Ladies' Brazilian Blow Dry
My stylist was really nice and accommodating, however I wasn't asked if the length of the cut or fringe was okay (I had to cut it myself at home as it was going in my eyes) . I would have said something but I didn't get a chance as there was another client waiting with foils in her hair and my stylist rushed off to tend to her. Overall I think they were overly ambitious with their bookings and as a result they couldn't properly give their attention to the customer. I don't think it was worth £35
