Jazzy pays a great deal of attention throughout the process. Her service is incredibly tailored and consultative. She made sure to inform me, check with me, consult carefully about length, preferences and she is incredibly skillful. I have natural hair and she truly knows what she is doing. She is kind and gentle. I couldn't believe how soft my hair was. It was a pleasant experience at her salon and in fact, a nice afternoon. First time customer and would recommend to friends and loved ones.
