Teresa is a lovely lady and is very good at what she does. I have relaxed hair and went for a wash and blowdry. My hair came out very soft and dead straight afterwards. Thumbs up!

I really wanted it to be as good as the reviews, but it wasn't. She was honestly a lovely woman, but she was over an hour late and my hair doesn't feel healthier.

Do not expect a fancy ambiance, but Jazzy knows how to do permanent waves! I am very happy with the treatment, it has really revamped my hair!
