I got the warmest welcome from her and great advice.She is so professional and knows the science of hair like the back of her hand,its like shes got superpowers. her skill and attention to detail is unrivalled my silk press lasted longer than usual due to this. Always a great experience! I’m so happy with the results, and I will definitely be returning for my future appointments. I would recommend booking an appointment, particularly if you have afro hair or thicker hair.

It was a great, relaxing and informative experience. My scalp was left feeling clean and nourished. I was given tips on what was/was not best for my hair and how to look after it . Only downside was that my hair smelt quite burnt and looked (did not feel) fried. I am due in for a trim and regardless of this I will be making another visit. For once my hair feels as though the moisture has penetrated through it and is not just sitting on the surface . Happy to of found a new place to go

Fundamentally, the silk press was done well.
However, I found the stylist to be pushy and constantly trying to sell additional treatments and products that I hadn’t signed up for. It was more than just giving advice; it was undue pressure. I found myself having to repeatedly say “no, thank you” and she only seemed to relent when I agreed to pay £10 more due to the length of my hair.
I had been looking forward to a relaxing afternoon at the salon, but came out feeling stressed and annoyed !
