I was told after they washed my hair that my service was going to be £20 more than the price I had paid. It should have been communicated to me whilst I was waiting for my appointment to start as I had been waiting for a while. I felt bullied and after this the whole atmosphere changed and I felt incredibly uncomfortable. Please communicate this pricing before the service has started as otherwise it destroys the experience. Will not be back due to this and it was my second time.
