The lady who made my nails hurt 2 of my fingers whilst filing. She apologised but after few days these cuts still hurt pretty bad. She has done my nails before and this never happened, so I guess the nail filer was just too new. The hair service instead was amazing as usual.

The worst acrylic nail infill I’ve ever received. I was the last appointment of the day and the whole experience was miserable from start to finish. I went in with a beautiful set of coffin ombré nails which this place amateurishly (poorly) recreated. It’s blatantly obvious that these are an infill - the regrowth doesn’t blend in with the new gel.
The salon also needs to be more transparent with their Treatwell pricing. £12 infill turned out to be £20 and for £20 I expect perfection.
