There were good points, such as a lot of time spent on massaging the face and neck. I found the eyeball massage a bit odd and bits of cream smeared over my lips unpleasant. The loud music&ads from main salon is not relaxing to listen to as it drowns out the soothing music. No communication about my skin, no rapport with the beautician. Blanket was not clean. Bits of mask not washed off at the end, not ideal for journey home on the bus, lots of it in my hair as well - a bit of a mess.
