Waited over an hour for a 1st toddler haircut-wasn’t the fault of the salon but the previous customer who was running late. Although an apology was given i won’t be coming back-would have thought they could have spoken to the customer and paused her cut to see to us which took about 15-20 mins in total.

Ozum is brilliant at what she does and always puts me at ease. Botox kicked in almost straight away and lasts really well. Highly recommend Ozum at Jealousy for all your treatments!
