Booked a haircut for my 12 yo daughter. Online price was £15. Upon arrival, I was informed that the price would be £25!. Reason given was that they can't include all pricing/details on the app! Which was strange, as other salons have detailed pricing. I chose that salon because of proximity to my residence and reasonable price for a kid's haircut. I don't mind the £25 but I don't appreciate being fooled. Also, couldn't leave as daughter was set on a haircut. Mel did a great job though.
